You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt. Orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange outside of this time frame. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchange shipping is FREE! Need a different size or maybe the style just don’t fit how you like, email firstname.lastname@example.org or the live chat box (bottom right) and we will provide you with instructions. The exchange item will ship to you FREE of shipping fees (standard shipping). Exchanges are only eligible within 15 days of your order being received and only for new, unworn, unwashed items with original packaging. Only 1 exchange per original order, exchange orders are final sale.
Items NOT Eligible for a Return
- Gift Cards are final sale. No refunds allowed, no exceptions.
- Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged. Please see product description in catalog.
- Worn, washed, dirty items will not be accepted
- By law, undergarments, underwear, bikinis etc. cannot be returned. If you have a defective item please contact email@example.com and include a photo. The damaged item will be replaced with a new product of the same style, size and color. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.
We understand products don’t always work-out. If your order is eligible for a refund (read above), email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Sorry, we do not cover return shipping fees or provide pre-paid shipping labels. Please note, your bank may take an additional 5-10 days to post the refund to your account.
